In-Store Returns
To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) back to our store with the original receipt or an equivalent proof of purchase, such as a gift receipt or order confirmation.
For faster return processing, please bring the credit card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.
No returns on open CDs, DVDs and software. There is no return on clerical shirts. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns. No returns over 30 days.

Product Exchange
If your purchase qualifies to be returned, we will reimburse you for returned items using your original method of payment. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for a different item.
